Through mentorship, exchange and participation in our work, we seek to help emerging thinkers and practitioners understand policy processes, engage with evidence and develop their own contributions.

Program

Generate → Research & Analysis

We examine policy questions, interpret evidence, and explore what developments in climate governance mean for Africa. Our analysis connects international processes with regional and national priorities, helping readers understand the choices, trade-offs and implications for implementation. Through our Policy Insights and Policy Dialogue Briefs, we aim to make complex issues accessible while preserving their political and technical substance.

Program

Convene → Strategic Dialogue

We bring emerging leaders, negotiators, policymakers, researchers, and practitioners into informed exchange on shared policy priorities. Our dialogues create space to examine different perspectives, test ideas and identify questions that need further attention. The African Youth Dialogue Series is a signature platform for this work, connecting emerging African voices with policy experience and expertise. Dialogue briefs help carry the substance of these exchanges into wider discussion.

We contribute analysis and perspectives to policy discussions and diplomatic processes. Our focus is on connecting technical issues with political priorities, understanding how positions develop and identifying opportunities for informed engagement.
