About the event
This training gives young organisers a working introduction to climate finance: where commitments are recorded, how funding decisions are made and which documents show whether money reached the communities named in a plan.
What the sessions cover
Session one focuses on budgets, funds and the language used in national and international commitments. Session two turns that evidence into a clear public ask, with time to test it against feedback from other participants.
Who should attend
Young organisers, researchers and community advocates working on climate action are welcome. No finance background is required. Participants should be able to join both online sessions.
